Sideways. Who Are We?

We are an underground house and techno label based in the South East corner of the UK currently in our fourth year. We evolved from a group of like minded DJs, promoters and producers who together have supplied the underground entertainment in our area for the last twenty years.
A platform for new emerging talent, we started locally but this soon expanded with remixes and signings from further afield. We are serious about music. We do what we do because we love it and we believe in older values. Every release is mastered properly whether it’s digital or vinyl by Chris Alexander @ Full Range in Brighton.

We aren’t big or clever, we jump up and down at parties just like you.
There are radio shows, mixes and tracks to download. Check out the site.
If you’re a producer or dj yourself or just enjoy dancing, drop us a line….

Daladje – Dual.A – Out Now

Sideways presents the first in a two part ‘Dual’ project with Miami based artist Daladje. From driving house to head warping techno he has a style all his own and we love it.  Dual.A consists of three tracks in the low to mid 120′s that showcase Daladje’s ability to conjure up great atmosphere coupled with a good depth of production and serious groove.

Elliot Right – Rise on High – Out Now

Elliot Wright - Rise on High CoverWe are very proud to be putting out this next single, Rise on High by Elliot Wright. Elliot is no stranger to Sideways – having done some great remix work for us it’s only fitting that we now release an original track of his. To compliment the original’s twitchy, acid edged tech we’ve drafted in UK underground legend Jamie Anderson on remix duties and he certainly doesn’t disappoint with his 9 minute chunky bubbling acid version.

Available now on Beatport

Out Now – Shades of Gray – So Easy Remixes

Shades of Gray - So Easy Remixes We are very happy to announce our latest single is now available on digital release through all the usual outlets.  As the title suggests this is a remix ep for one of our releases from last year, So Easy by Shades of Gray who have been getting some strong press for their recently released album Soul Machine.

Norm De Plume (of Delusions of Grandeur fame) turns in a slowed down, mega deep remix which is nicely complimented by a remix from fellow Londoner diSapia who turns up the summer vibes to 110%.

Both remixes are available here on Beatport
