Sideways. Who Are We?
We are an underground house and techno label based in the South East corner of the UK currently in our fourth year. We evolved from a group of like minded DJs, promoters and producers who together have supplied the underground entertainment in our area for the last twenty years.
A platform for new emerging talent, we started locally but this soon expanded with remixes and signings from further afield. We are serious about music. We do what we do because we love it and we believe in older values. Every release is mastered properly whether it’s digital or vinyl by Chris Alexander @ Full Range in Brighton.
We aren’t big or clever, we jump up and down at parties just like you.

Sideways has been a careful grower of its own stable of talent over its two short years, with a core of producers crafting everything from deep house to minimal techno, and for their second release of the new year they welcome back Episodes for his first solo EP on the label. Having previously joined forces with Keydin and The Spescialist in the past, First Light sees the artist branch out on his own, and with solid results.
